We have been cutting up a storm here in Rancho Murieta! It is hot, hot, hot so I have to make this post brief to get back to taking care of the horses...
Hallowed Be and I got our picture taken by the NCHA! 
The warm weather has had me craving Chicken Waldorf salads. I have had one everyday minus the bun, when I get on a kick I just stay hooked.
